This week we have been learning about the concept of tall and short.

Mae Dosbarth 1 wedi bod yn y blwch post wrth yr ysgol yn postio eu cardiau. Ar y ffordd yr oedd rhaid mynd i mewn i Spar i brynu stampiau, rhai Dosbarth 1af a rhai 2il ddosbarth er mwyn darganfod os yw gwasanaeth Dosbarth 1af yn well.

Class 1 have been to the post box near the school to post their cards. On the way we stopped at Spar to buy some 1^st and 2^nd class stamps to find out if the 1^st class service is better.

Y Llyfrgell / The School Library

Every Friday, the Nursery children visit the school library. Here they are choosing a book to take home.

Jac a'r Goeden Ffa/Jack and the Beanstalk

Fel rhan o'n thema ar dyfu, yr wythnos hon cawsom stori am Jac a'r goeden ffa. Ar y funud rydym yn gwneud murlun o'r stori, dysgu sut i ffurfio'r lythyren 'a' am axe, adeiladu castell i'r cawr ac hefyd rydym am geisio tyfu ein coeden ffa ein hunain!

As part of our theme work on growing, this week we had a story about Jack and the Beanstalk. We are now making a wall display, we have learned how to form the letter 'a' for axe, we have built a castle for the giant and we are also trying to grow our own beanstalk!

Gymnasteg / Gymnastics

Class 4 are in the process of creating a Gymnastic routine that involves a lot of trust.
