Hwyl yn y parc / Fun in the park

Heddiw aethom am dro i'r parc. Fel y gwelwch, cawsom hwyl yn siglo, yn llithro ac yn dringo! Rydym yn gobeithio cael mynd yn ol eto yn fuan!

This morning we went to the park. As you can see we had fun on the swings, roundabouts and slides. Let's hope we can go back again soon!

Building the bottle house / Adeiladu y Ty poteli

Summer Family Festival

Don't Touch, Tell - Paid Cyffwrdd, Dweud... Classes 3, 4 + 5

Don't Touch - Tell, promoting 'keep safe' messages with regards to drugs and alcohol.
Paid Cyffwrdd - Dweud, hyrwyddo negeseuon 'cadw'n ddiogel' o ran cyffuriau ac alcohol.

Red Arrows!

This lucky young man  had a nice surprise in his 10th birthday card from his parents. Inside, the Red Arrows pilots had all signed their names!

Cafodd y bachgen yma sypreis neis tu mewn i'w gerdyn penblwydd gan ei rieni. Roedd peilots y Red Arrows wedi arwyddo eu henwau!

Cors Goch, Llanbedrgoch - Habitats/ Cynefinoedd

On Tuesday June 9th Classes 2 and 4 became Nature Detectives! As part of our habitat work we were shown which living things grow and thrive on marsh and wetlands. Mr Ben Stammers from the Wildlife Trust knew everything there was to know! Thanks to the lovely weather we enjoyed our lunch on the beach.
Ar Dydd Mawrth Mehefin 9fed bu Dosbarthiadau 2 a 4 yn dysgu am bethau byw ar dir gwlyb a gors. Roedd Mr Ben Stammers o'r Ymddiriedolaeth Bywyd Gwyllt yn wybodus iawn! Diolch i'r tywydd braf cawsom ein cinio ar lan y mor Benllech.

Mabolgampau'r Feithrin / Nursery Sports Day

Fore heddiw cymrodd plant y Feithrin ran yn eu Mabolgampau blynyddol. Ymunodd y Dragonflies a ni a chawsom hwyl fawr yn rhedeg, neidio trwy gylchoedd a thaflu bagiau ffa i bwcedi glan mor! Cyn mynd adref cafodd pawb lolipop haeddiannol dros ben!

Today the Nursery children took part in their annual Sports Day. Dragonflies joined us and we had great fun running, jumping through hoops and throwing beanbags into buckets! Before going home we all enjoyed a well earned ice lolly!

Captain Jack

This week Captain Jack stole our treasure chest full of jewelry that the children had made. He  left clues around the school to help us find the chest. We had until playtime to find the it otherwise he would sell our jewelry to buy a new parrot. Luckily we found it at the bottom of the field. Everybody was very excited and some children think they saw his sword behind the shed in the garden!

Yr wythnos hon aethom ar helfa drysor i chwilio am ein bocs trysor llawn gemau a oedd wedi cael ei ddwyn gan Capten Jac. Roedd pawb wedi cynhyrfu'n lân wrth ddod o hyd iddo yn y cae.

Brogaod / Frogs

Yr wythnos hon rydym wedi bod yn dysgu am benbyliaid a brogaod. Cawsom hwyl yn gwylio penbyliaid yn nofio, gwrando ar nifer o wahanol storiau am frogaod, matsio'r nifer cywir o frogaod i'r rhif ar y ddeilen lili, trefnu brogaod yn ol eu maint, lliwio lluniau o frogaod a ffurfio naid broga ar bapur

This week we have been looking at frogs and tadpoles. We've had fun watching wiggly tadpoles swimming, listening to stories about frogs, matching frogs and lily pads, ordering frogs according to size, colouring pictures of frogs and forming frog leaps on paper.

Cynllun Gwen / Designed to Smile

Heddiw daeth Dewi'r Ddraig i edrych amdanom. Dysgodd i ni sut i edrych ar ol ein dannedd drwy fwyta'n iach a'u glanhau yn rheolaidd. Rydym yn awr yn glanhau ein dannedd bob bore ar ol bwyd bach!

Today Dewi the Dragon and his friends came to see us! They taught us how to look after our teeth by eating healthily and brushing them regularly. We now brush our teeth every morning after snack!

Trip y Feithrin / Nursery Trip

Dydd Gwener roedd yn ddiwrnod trip y Feithrin. Aeth llond bws o blant, mamau, tadau, neiniau a theidiau am Lanberis. Cawsom reid ar y tren bach a chawsom hwyl yn chwarae yn Y Den! Aeth pawb adref yn flinedig ond wedi cael diwrnod da!

On Friday the Nursery children went on their annual school trip. This year we went to Llanberis .We took a trip on the Llanberis Lake Railway and had fun playing in The Den, an indoor play centre in the Electric Mountain Visitors Centre! We arrived back at school tired but having thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Llongyfarchiadau / Congratulations

Congratulations to two of our pupils who competed in the Anglesey Cross Country Run. Both boys finished in the top 10 for their age group. Well done to all who competed. The important thing is you all had fun.

Llongyfarchiadau gwresog i ddau o'n disgyblion a fu'n cystadlu yn Ras Traws Gwlad Ynys Mon. Llwyddodd y ddau fachgen i orffen yn y deg uchaf  yn eu cystadleuaeth. Da iawn yn wir i bawb fu'n cystadlu! Roedd y cyfan yn brofiad ac yn hwyl!

Target Achieved

Thank you to everyone for collecting empty plastic bottles. We have now achieved our target of 1500. We will no longer need you to collect bottles but in the future if we require more, we know who to ask. Thank You
