Yn ddiweddar ymwelodd Adam o "A life"a dosbarth 3. Treuliodd y diwrnod yn dysgu a datblygu'r plant ar sut i fyw a cadw yn iach, drwy wneud gwahanol weithgareddau. Treuliodd wers ymarfer corff hefo'r dosbarth. Cawsom lawer o hwyl.
Adam from "A Life" recently visited our school and he spent the day encouraging, teaching and developing the children's awareness of healthy living, through workshops and a P.E. lesson.
