As part of our p.s.e lesson in year 5 & 6, we have started to raise awareness of the dangers associated with the Internet. Even though it is a very powerful and helpful tool, we must ensure that we educate our children on the importance of being SAFE!

Yr Arctig/The Arctic

Yr wythnos hon rydym wedi bod yn dysgu am yr Arctig! Cawsom hwyl yn yr iglw, yn tynnu lluniau o eirth gwyn ac yn edrych ar waith Sioni Rhew drwy chwyddwydr!

This week we have been learning about the Arctic! We had lots of fun in the igloo, drew pictures of Polar Bears and we looked at Jack Frost's work through magnifying glasses!

Tymor Newydd/New Term

Nadolig llawen / Merry Christmas

Panto

Today the whole school visited Venue Cymru in Llandudno to watch the fantastic show Cinderella. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Heddiw cafodd yr ysgol gyfan fynd i Venue Cymru i wylio sioe Cinderella. Roedd pawb wedi mwynhau eu hunain.

Christmas Concert / Sioe Nadolig

Yesterday we witnessed the greatest show in North Wales. Ysgol y Tywyn re-enacted the traditional Christmas Nativity. After weeks of preparation the children performed brilliantly to a packed hall. Thank you to everyone to helped with preparing the children for their big performance.

Ddoe, gwelsom y sioe Nadolig orau yng Ngogledd Cymru. Ar ol wythnosau o baratoi, perfformiodd y disgyblion yn wych i neuadd orlawn. Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb am helpu i baratoi y disgyblion ar gyfer y perfformiad mawr.
