Jack and the Beanstalk/Measuring

Today we read the story 'Jack and the Beanstalk'. After reading the story we measured our feet and compared them to the size of the Giant's feet. We also planted Cress seeds, we are looking forward to watching the Cress grow.

Bird Watch

Over the past couple of weeks Class 1 have been busy learning about birds. Today was the day everyone was looking forward to as we had our Bird Watch. We enjoyed learning how to use the binoculars and we made sure we were quiet so that we didn't frighten the birds away. We saw a Robin, quite a few Blue Tits, a Chaffinch and many Blackbirds. Tomorrow we will be looking at our results and drawing graphs.

Plannu Tatw / Planting Potatoes

Y mae dosbarth Mrs Davies yn brysur yn plannu tatw, tomatos a gwahanol fathau o flodau.

Mrs Davies' class is busy planting potatoes, tomatoes and different flowers.
