Os yw eich plentyn yn 3 oed cyn Medi’r 1af 2014, ac rydych yn awyddus i wneud cais am le yn y Dosbarth Meithrin, gellir cael ffurflen mynediad gan Mrs Raffle, y Pennaeth. Gofynwn i chi ddychwelyd eich ffurflen i'r ysgol cyn Chwefror 21ain os gwelwch yn dda. Os ydych yn dymuno anfon eich ffurflen i'r Swyddfa Addysg yn Llangefni yn hytrach na'r ysgol, bydd disgwyl i'r ffurflen gyrraedd y swyddfa cyn Mawrth 1af.

DS. Os yw'r dosbarth wedi cyrraedd ei rif mynediad, ni roddir ystyriaeth i unrhyw gais sy'n cael ei dderbyn wedi Mawrth 1af beth bynnag fo cyfeiriad y plentyn.
IMPORTANT
If your child is 3 years old before the 1st of September 2014 and you would like him/her to attend the Nursery Class at Ysgol y Tywyn, please ask for an application form from the headteacher Mrs Raffle. We ask that you send the completed form back to school before the 21st of February 2014. If you wish to return the form directly to the Education Authority, it is essential that the form arrives in Llangefni before the 1st of March.
NB. If the numbers applying for a place in the Nursery Class exceed the admission number of the school, applications received after the first of March will not be considered' even if you live in the catchment area of Ysgol y Tywyn.
